Martial Monday: A shout out

This week, I want to share a video by a friend of mine. Guru Jeremiah Lovejoy and I have known each other 25 years+, and, together, we have shed a lot of sweat, a little blood, and some tears. He's always been an impressive martial artist and teacher, and I'm honored to call him a friend. Here's a recent promotional video he did for his school in Dayton, Ohio. The music is courtesy of another friend of ours, Chris Dunnett.
